Vinyl cover designssssss. Graphic design has been stressful/fun lately. I used to thrive on projects with no direction. In high school that was all I did. My teacher handed me some prismacolors, paint, or found objects and said create. I’ve found lately that this is no longer the case. After two years of following strict guidelines and staying within the rules my type2 class is giving me some trouble. That being said, for my type and image relationships I decided to go with designing 12.5 x12.5 vinyl covers of live compilations from “tours.” I say tours in quotations because these tours aren’t actually happening- though I would love that. So here is Frightened Rabbit- I really wanted to draw this for some reason. It came to me and I grabbed it. Stay tuned for The Weepies cover coming this week, a new movie logo I’ve got in the works, and a water/ninja turtles poster. Though I am tired and running on little sleep, this will be an excellent week for graphic designing. Design On.
